Component Library Services

Library work is the most critical and time consuming task in the PCB layout process. We have a dedicated library team to swiftly create symbols, components and related application packages for custom applications. We offer a full library creation and maintenance adhering to client specific library standards or IPC Standards. Our innovative PCB Footprint review process ensures zero defect footprints. We have experience in executing library services to support quick development cycle and fast migration.

Libraries are developed in adherence to IPC 7351 standards. All the naming conventions, component orientations are as per this standard. Padstack naming are used in combination with the land pattern conventions according to the rules established in the IPC-2220 design standards. Padstack, lead size, antipad sizes, solder mask, assembly and annular requirements adhere to the recommendations made in IPC-2221 and IPC-2222. Also, we are offering library creation as per customer requirements.

Cable Harness

We offer to our customers with different types of custom-made cable harness based on and includes PVC, PTFE, Coaxial, Triaxial, TSP, TP, 75E, Braided, HST, Boots and GND Lugs cable assembly. We are also equipped to produce a wide variety of cable assemblies / cable harnesses and have the capability to serve automotive and consumer electronics industries.
